Frank has been working with computers since high school in 1968 (IBM 1401 Mainframe). He has an M.B.A., a B.S. Degree in Information Systems Security and also a degree in Computer Network Systems. He is MCP Microsoft Windows 2000 and CompTIA A+ Certified. Frank is currently enrolled at Walden University (online) pursuing his EdD. Frank was the Program Chair for the School of Information Technology at ITT Technical Institute in San Diego CA and currently is the Dean at the ITT Technical Institute in High Point, North Carolina. In his spare time he is the Security Web Consultant for his brother's company Baker Services Business Consultants and New Horizons Technologies both in Houston TX, also with offices in Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Michigan. Frank has two sons who are currently in the California Army National Guard. His oldest son, 21, returned from his first deployment at Camp Bucca, Iraq in November 2007 and is preparing for his second deployment. Tthe younger one is assigned to the Border Mission in San Diego until September 2008 and then will be assigned to the Guard Base in Long Beach. Frank is currently married to a wonderful woman, Meiko, from Japan, who delivered twin girls, Ashley & Alyssa, on October 12, 2006. He also has a eight year-old step-daughter Kanako who is in third grade.
