Frank has been working with computers
since high school in 1968. There he worked on an IBM 1401
Mainframe using Fortran IV programming and Cobalt . He attended
the Oakland University School of Engineering for three semesters
right after high school but didn't return to college until 2001.
Frank is currently a doctoral candidate at Walden University
Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership
pursuing his Doctorate in Education degree (EdD). He has a Masters
Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Information Systems Security. Additionally he has a
degree in Computer Network Systems. He is a Microsoft Certified
Professional in Windows 2000 and CompTIA A+ Certified.
Frank was formerly the Dean of
Education at Charter College in Wasilla, Alaska and at ITT
Technical Institute in High Point, North Carolina. Previously he was
the Chair for the School of Information Technology at ITT
Technical Institute in San Diego, CA. Frank is currently
semi-retired at his home in North Carolina. In his spare time he is
the Network Security & Web Consultant for his brother's
companies New Horizons Technologies Group (www.nhtg.org) and
Baker Services Group Legal Services (www.bakerservices.org)
both in Houston, TX, also with offices in Georgia, North
Carolina, California and Michigan.
Frank is married and has four
children, two sons, two daughters (twins), and also two step
daughters. Both of his sons are on active duty in the California
Army National Guard. The oldest son has been deployed to Iraq
and Kosovo, and the youngest has done one tour in Iraq. |
